Blood From A Stone at FEAST

Rachel played the central role of Elizabeth in Alex Parrish’s new piece, Blood From A Stone, which performed as part of the performance series FEAST at Theatre Under St. Marks.

The musical explores apathy and addiction through the lens of Elizabeth, a career social worker who has lost compassion for her clients, and her boss Claire, who challenges her to confront why.

A Whisper In The Trees at NYU

This spring, Rachel participated in a reading of A Whisper In The Trees by Kelsey McConnell and Andrew Lynch as part of their thesis for NYU Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program.

Just wrapped first Feature Film!

Rachel just finished filming her first feature film, in which she played a lead! She filmed upstate for the month of May. Stay tuned for more information later in 2018.

Berkshire Theatre Award Nomination

Rachel was nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Musical by the Berkshire Critics Association for her performance as Irene Molloy in this summer's production of Hello, Dolly at the Mac-Haydn Theatre.

Hello, Dolly was nominated for 5 awards and took home the awards for both Outstanding Musical (tying with Barrington Stage's Company) and Outstanding Choreography!

Hello, Dolly! at The Mac-Haydn Theatre

Rachel will be wearing ribbons down her back this August as Irene Malloy in the musical theatre classic, Hello, Dolly! She returns to the Mac-Haydn Theatre where she spent a summer when she was in college.

The House of Edgar Allan Poe

Rachel took part in a reading of the new musical The House of Edgar Allan Poe, with book and music by Morgan Hollingsworth and direction by Ryan Emmons. The reading had 3 public performances as part of NYMF's reading series. Rachel played the role of Frances Osgood, a poet who entered into an emotional relationship with the already-married Poe.

54 Below Sings Doonesbury

Rachel makes her 54 Below debut on July 2nd with a concert reading of the 1983 musical Doonesbury, based on the comic strip by the same name. Rachel plays J.J., the role originated by Kate Burton.

Some People Hear Thunder

Rachel is currently in rehearsals of a new musical being mounted at the Capital Repertory Theatre in Albany, New York. Based on the Armenian Genocide of 1915, Some People Hear Thunder is a powerful work about the too-often overlooked part of history.

Rachel plays the role of Carole Chapin, the love of a reporter who goes to Turkey to cover what is going on there on the brink of World War II.
